The Justice Court Stairs connect the court where the Justice Statue stands with the former county road in the Glen. The stairway is flanked by English Yew trees. Originally, the trees were ornamental and pruned into narrow shapes. Over time, without pruning, they grew wide and tall and now overhang the stairs, providing shade and a bit of mystery to the historic path.
