The Grand Staircase, built around 1918, connects the main buildings of the Seminary campus with the county road in the Glen, and is flanked by stone retaining walls. The staircase walls and steps have partially collapsed in recent years, with large gaps in the stone and a portion of the upper path eroding significantly. The staircase originally featured light fixtures at the bottom, which have since been lost.
